TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELITE is open to buying customers in all participating Toby’s Sports, runnr and urbanAthletics stores nationwide (see participating stores). Purchase is required to join, but with no minimum amount.

Upon purchase, the customer must fill up the ELITE Form with the following required customer details: name, last name, email address and birthdate, and must present it to the cashier together with a valid ID with birthday. Cashier will then create a new member profile, which cannot be completed if any of the abovementioned required customer details are missing; and will not be processed without a valid ID with birthday.


Customers applying to be a member are responsible for ensuring all details provided and entered into the system are correct. The customer email address must be working for the customer to receive a welcome email message with a link to complete his/her profile. The welcome email is sent within 24 hours upon sign-up. Customer is not considered an ELITE member until the profile is completed. 

Upon profile completion, the customer becomes an official ELITE member and will receive a member ID in barcode form that they can save on their phone. This is the only time the member can avail of his/her membership perks.


For succeeding member purchases, the member must provide either their email address or show their barcode to the cashier. This must be done whether the member is availing of a member perk or not. Perk claiming requires customer to present a valid ID, including a valid ID with birthday when claiming birthday discount.

ELITE members are entitled to the following perks:

PHP 250 Welcome Voucher

*Members are entitled to a one time use Php 250 welcome voucher that they can use starting one (1) day after their initial sign up.

*A valid ID of the customer must be presented for the Php 250 voucher to be applied.

*Member must present the welcome voucher email received for the Php 250 voucher to be applied.

*A minimum purchase of Php 1,500 is required to be able to use the welcome voucher.

*The welcome voucher can be used for any item in the store (regular priced or sale/markdown)

*Our team member has the right to refuse birthday discount processing if the member does not meet our T&C (ex. No valid ID)

20% Birthday Discount

*Members are entitled to an annual 20% birthday discount (capped at Php 3,000) that they can use one-time on their birth month.

*A valid ID with birthday of the customer must be presented for the birthday discount to be applied. No valid ID with birthday, no claiming of discount.

*A minimum purchase of Php 2,000 is required to be able to use the birthday discount.

*The birthday discount can be used for any regular-priced items with the discount capped at Php 3,000. Discount not applicable to sale/markdown items.

*Unclaimed birthday discount will not carry over to the following month or year. It must be claimed on actual birth month. If the member is not able to claim his/her birthday discount in their birth month, it is forfeit and the member must wait for his/her next birth month to avail of the reward.

*Our team member has the right to refuse birthday discount processing if the member does not meet our T&C (ex. No valid ID with birthday, multiple accounts with multiple birthday)

Free Racquet Stringing Service Once a Calendar Year

*Members are entitled to a free stringing service once a year in participating stores nationwide.

*String must be bought at Toby’s Sports for the stringing. 

*Our team member has the right to refuse birthday discount processing if the member does not meet our T&C (ex. No valid ID, multiple usage in a year)


PlayZone Access – Toby’s Flagship BGC Only

*Members are entitled to one free Toby’s Shootout game per day per member. Does not apply to special Shootout events.

*Member must still proceed to the counter to avail of their free game. 

 

Invites to Special Events, Launches, Clearance Sales and Member Days

*
Members will get invites to special events by the participating retail brands – not regular

*On specified member days, there will be a special promo for members only with aminimum purchase


Access to members-only mailing list for special promotions and releases

*Members will get advanced email notifications on upcoming special promotions and new product releases.


Quorum International Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict the Loyalty program or any aspect of the program at any time without notice.  It also reserves the right to decline claiming of perks/rewards if customer does not follow the terms and conditions stated here, as well as cancel the account or hold membership application if the account/application is tagged as fraudulent (ie. Duplicate or multiple accounts for multiple claiming of promos).

The details of member perk claims reflected in the Company’s record shall be considered official. 

Should Toby’s ELITE be canceled, all members will be informed via the registered email and is given 30 days to claim any available rewards they are still entitled to under the same terms of each reward.


No Toby’s ELITE membership activity is allowed if there is a system upgrade and/or internet downtime in the store as records will not be accessible. This includes member sign-up, rewards claiming, and member details updating. Some perks may be unavailable for short or long periods during major system upgrades.


Member rewards are not convertible to cash and are not transferable.

MEMBERSHIP

 

What is ELITE?

ELITE is our membership program where you can unlock rewards, such as a welcome coupon, birthday discount, head starts for hot launches, events, and more across all of our Toby’s Group family of brands (“Brands”). ELITE is not a points-earning membership program.


Our Brands include: Toby’s Sports, runnr and urbanAthletics. ELITE is open to residents of the Philippines, who are 17 years of age or older, and have a valid email.

How do I join ELITE?

You can join ELITE at our participating Brand stores.

Is a purchase required to join ELITE?

Yes, a purchase in any of our participating stores is required to join ELITE. However, there is no minimum amount required for the purchase.

I signed up for an online account and agreed to receive marketing emails.  Am I already an ELITE member?

No. ELITE is different from registering for an account in our website and signing up to receive emails. You must enroll separately in ELITE in one of our participating brand stores to become a member and get ELITE benefits. 

Is there an ELITE App?

None yet, but we’re working on it so stay tuned!

Once I register in the store, am I automatically an ELITE member?

No, you must wait for a welcome email with a link to complete your profile. Once you have completed your profile, you will receive another email with your MEMBER ID in barcode form. Save it in your phone as you need it to claim your perks!

Do I need to remember the email address I used when I signed up in the store for ELITE?

Yes, please make sure to remember as this can be asked to pull up your member records when claiming perks.

What if I did not receive a welcome email with a link to complete my profile?

Please allow 24 hours for your welcome email to arrive in your mailbox. Please check your Junk/Spam Mail in case the welcome email was sent there. If still no email after 24 hours, please contact the store you signed up in to make sure the right email was entered or email elitesupport@tobys.com.

What if a wrong email address was entered during in-store sign-up?

Customer is responsible for making sure a correct and working email is entered during the sign-up process. Our store cashier will also confirm the email address and all other customer details prior to creating the member profile that will trigger a welcome email to be sent.

If indeed a wrong email was entered, you must go through the entire registration process again. Your old account will then be cancelled.

I changed my email address, how can I update my account

Changing your email address means cancelling your old account and creating a new one. This means you will have to go through the entire registration process to join ELITE. Your old account will then be cancelled.

REWARDS 

Do I get points if I’m an ELITE Member?

No, ELITE is not a points-based membership program. ELITE is a perks or rewards-based membership program. 

Once I register in the store, can I immediately use my P250 Welcome Voucher?

No, you can only use your P250 welcome voucher once you have completed your profile to complete your ELITE member application. Once you have done this, you can use your P250 welcome voucher on your next purchase.  Please make sure to present a valid ID and the welcome voucher email when claiming your welcome voucher.

Which stores can I avail of my ELITE privileges?

Once I register in the store and it’s my birth month, can I use my 20% Birthday Discount on the same purchase?

No, you can only use your 20% Birthday Discount once you have completed your profile to complete your ELITE member application and on your next purchase, which must still fall on your birth month. Please make sure to present a valid ID with birthday when claiming your birthday discount. No valid ID with birthday, no discount.

Can I return/exchange what I bought using my birthday discount outside of my birth month?

Purchases using the birthday discount can only be returned/exchanged within the same month.

For the free racquet stringing service, can I claim this in all Toby’s Sports stores nationwide?

You may claim this reward once a year, in participating Toby’s Sports stores only. Please see above for participating stores.

What does access to the PlayZone in Toby’s Sports Flagship BGC means?

ELITE members have a 1 free game per day per member in the Toby’s Shootout located at the PlayZone in Toby’s Sports Flagship BGC. The free game does not apply to special Toby’s Shootout events.

Do I need to present anything to claim my rewards?

Yes, a Valid ID is required to claim all ELITE rewards. For claiming of birthday discount, a valid ID that has your birthday is required. Our teammate will not process your birthday discount without a valid ID that has your birthday.

Can somebody else claim my rewards for me?

Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be used by a person other than the member. However, if the member is present, the member can present his/her. Valid ID to claim his/her own rewards under his/her member account.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

 

How long do I have to complete my registration? 

You have two (2) months from the time of your initial sign up to complete your profile via the link sent through the Welcome Email, which completes your ELITE registration. This will then allow you to avail of the different perks that come with an ELITE membership. 

I’m having trouble with my Account, can you help me?

How do I update my communications preferences for my ELITE account?

Your communication preferences can be updated by using the links provided in any ELITE email you have received. 

What if I want to cancel my ELITE Membership?

Please email customer service at elitesupport@tobys.com.

Can I have more than one ELITE account?

Members are only allowed one account per individual.  Having more than one account is not permitted and will result to the deletion or cancellation of your account.
