Quiet, efficient and user-friendly.

Worst after-sales support. Machine had an error after a few months of use. Still on warranty, had it taken at the store twice already. Technicians that came to our house were not the easy-to-talk-to types, made us look like we don't know anything about electricity. so unacceptable.

Kakabili ko lang kani kanina sa tobys sm marilao, hndi ko inexpect na ang bigat pala akala ko kaya mag isa dahil ang laki rin ng kahon pero ang ganda! Simple and madali gamitin. Lumiit lang bahay namin dahil aya ipa fold ni mother baka raw bumagsak bigla. Thumbs up sa toby's team ng sm marilao bulacan! Very helpful and mababait. Especially si kuyang nag assist sa akin.

Logistics- courier didnt message that the item has been delivered. Updates to the delivery were also done past midnight. Product- good for condos that have very little space! I wish the side handles and the tablet holder werent so flimsy though.

It came with a chip tho on both sides. But so far so good naman. ✌

I'm loving the minimalist build.

This is such a good investment! It really is a space saver and the treadmill is really good for home exercise. I don't regret buying it. Also, two thumbs up to your staff at Toby's Shangrila. They are very accommodating and friendly.

I really love this product! I should have bought 10 more of this so I can place it at every corner of our house! My panic buying skills has greatly improved! Thank you Ovicx and Toby's!

We tried it and it was nice. Though it's kinda disappointing because the one that should be attached in front was not included. I think that's for mobile holder kinda thing when you want to watch.

I love it so much! It was ready for pick up a day after I placed my order.
