Inventory Assistants assist the Branch Supervisor/Asst. Branch Supervisor in the efficient operations of the back office and in maintaining operational efficiency in the selling area and all clerical works. He/She is responsible for the store’s operational efficiency in the absence of the Branch Supervisor and the Asst. Branch Supervisor. He/She is also tasked to handle the store’s inventory monitoring and accuracy processes and systems.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Cashiers are designated to process transaction on the POS (Point-of-Sale) units of the stores. They are responsible for the speed in the purchases of customers and in securing all payments made by customers in the counter.

OFFICE VACANCIES

    Sales and Marketing Officer

    • Coordinate sales reports, analyzing factors contributing to low sales weekly.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports.
    • Conduct regular pep talks before weekend sales.
    • Collaborate with different departments to fulfill sales team requirements for weekly targets (e.g., executing directed marketing initiatives, replenishing from merchandising).
    • Ensure smooth deliveries by managing permits and documents for pullout deliveries.
    • Validate and secure approval for plantilla reports.
    • Coordinate payroll and maintain documentation such as time cards, ticklers, and leave forms.

    Qualifications:

    • College Graduate of Marketing Mangement or any related Business Course.

    E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

    To manage all aspects of Lazada, Shopee and Shopify sales.

    JOB DESCRIPTION
