WHAT ABOUT TRAINING?

The Toby’s Sports Franchise (TSF) Systems Inc. has a Training Sequence structured as follows:

Introduction
The Franchise is given an overview of the training program for a better understanding of the entire process, from the store planning and design to store management, both in the headquarters and actual store location.

Store Management
The numerous and significant areas of day-to day operations and shop management are discussed in detail.

Merchandising
Sports products and services are introduced and discussed thoroughly. The training also includes proper inventory handling and control, stock requisitioning and documentation, receiving stock at the warehouse and displaying of the stock on the floor.

Technical Skills
The Franchise is introduced to each item and equipment and given the opportunity to develop his technical knowledge, operation and maintenance of cash registers, stringing machines, card verifiers and other repair equipment. Trouble-shooting techniques and inventory necessities are likewise discussed in detail.

Customer Service Techniques
The Franchise is made aware of the key role customer service must play in the overall success of the business via a general discussion of full range selling and customer handling techniques.
