The Proteus Studio 3 is a weight stack machine designed to provide gym performance in the comfort of your own home. Every station functions according to bio-mechanical standards. It features easy lock levers, pin weight adjustments and quality nylon coated cables. It can perform over 20 execises including: flat/ incline press, low pulley exercises, low row, peck deck, lat pull, tricep press downs, military press, leg extension and leg curls. With floating horizontal bench arm handles for optimum development of the chest, 100 lbs steel weight stack as standard and optional 150 lbs stack, to cover all levels of toning and strength training.
