The RS400sd has all the same advanced running features as the RS400 but with a few extras. With the addition of the compatible foot pod which comfortably attaches to your running shoe laces, you can accurately and wirelessly measure speed, distance and pace, as well as the level of your performance.

Synchronizes with the Polar ProTrainer 5 software for guidance, analysis and creating individual training settings 
Determines if your training program and recovery time are optimally developing your performance
