Ordering Policy

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 3:00 pm Manila time (GMT+0800) are processed on the same day, while orders received after 3:00 pm are processed on the next business day.

Product availability
In case that an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available or if the item had already been phased out, as the case may be. The customer will be given the option to choose whether he wants to reserve the item or purchase a different item as long as it is of similar price or higher with the one he ordered.
If the order is approved, the customer will be notified via email. Payment details, shipping fees will be sent to the customer upon confirmation of the order.
