          Join the Toby’s-Prince Summer Tennis Festival 2011, now on its 10th Year!

          Event will happen on May 14 to 22, 2011 at the Rizal Memorial Tennis Center, Pablo Ocampo Sr. Street, Malate, Manila. This event is made possible by PHILTA, Nike, Equipe, Adidas and Thermos.

Activities include:
Singles Ranking (boys & girls): 12, 14, 16 and 18 yrs old & under
Singles Ranking (unisex): 10 yrs old and under
Singles Non-Ranking/ Beginners (boys & girls): 12 and 16 yrs old & under

Get your entry forms at Toby’s Sports Outlets, PHILTA Office (Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Pablo Ocampo Sr. Street, Malate, Manila) or download here.

ENTRY FEE:
Php 300 per person
Entry fee to be paid before 1st match at the tournament venue.
Player gets one (1) event shirt, regardless of number of event categories. Shirt is claimable before 1st match.
Maximum of two (2) singles events per participant.
DEADLINE: Entry forms must be submitted on or before 5pm, May 11, 2011 (Wed), to PHILTA Office in Rizal Memorial Tennis Center. Draw will immediately follow. Form can also be faxed to their fax#: 525-2016, or be emailed to philta@info.com.ph. Please call PHILTA to verify your faxed or emailed form.

OPENING CEREMONIES:
May 14 (Sat), 8:00am.
There will be releasing of event shirts, raffle prizes and photo-ops for press releases.
