PRE QUALIFYING ROUND: FEB 1 TO 28, 2010

1. Every purchase of adidas TS Supernatural Commander East or TS Supernatural Creator West basketball shoes (Php 6,295) in participating adidas stores entitles the customer to a basketball shootout to get a FREE adidas All Star 2010 East (Blue) or West (Red) ball.

2. Participant will be given a chance to shoot at least five (5) mini balls in one (1) minute to get a FREE adidas All Star 2010 East or West ball.

3. Customer with the highest number of made shots from each of the participating doors, during the end of the promo period will have a chance to participate in the Grand Basketball Shootout on March 6, 2010 in the SM Megamall Event Center from 4pm – 7pm for a chance to win 2 NBA tickets (valid on MARCH 11) and pocket money of $ 1,000.

4. Each participating door will do a daily monitoring, using the store logbook where the details of each of the participants will be recorded; Name, Address, Contact #, Date of Participation, Points Earned and Signature of the Store Manager and Participant. Customer must affix signature in the logbook concurred by Store Manager.

5. Pre- Qualifying Round starts from Feb 1-28, 2010 and cut-off date will be on Feb 28, 2010.

6. Participating doors will only have (5) mini balls and (1) Basketball Hoop inside the store to be used for the Pre- Qualifying Round.

7. Customers can check the official daily ranking in the adidas Philippines Facebook fan page (search adidas Philippines in www.facebook.com) every 2pm starting February 2, 2010 from Mondays to Fridays only.  The top five shooters for each of the 47 participating stores will be posted in the official daily standing. 8. On March 2, 2010, 2pm each participating door will determine the representative with the highest number of points based on their recorded shots. In case of a tie, an extra minute will be provided to determine the representative of the store in the Grand Basketball Shootout. Participants shall be requested to appear or attend the tie breaker schedule given by the Management. If the customer will not be available on the provided schedule the chance of winning is automatically forfeited.

9. The representative with the highest number of points in the individual door shootout nationwide will be flown in to Metro Manila for them to compete in the Grand Basketball Shootout on March 6, 2010 in SM Megamall Event Center from 4pm -7pm. All expense paid by adidas Philippines for all the participants in the Grand Basketball Shootout.

10. The representative with the highest number of points for each door will be announced online on March 3, 2010. There will also be in-store announcements and each will receive a call verification from adidas Philippines.

GRAND BASKETBALL SHOOTOUT: MARCH 6, 2010

1. In case a participant is not available for the Grand Basketball Shootout, he/she forfeits his/her slot in the competition.  Adidas will contact the next highest scorer of the participating store.

2. The mechanics from the pre- qualifying round will apply in the Grand Basketball Shootout.

3. Participants will be given one (1) minute to shoot using 5 standard sized basketballs in a standard basketball court.

4. Participant with the highest made points is declared as the Grand Winner.

5. In case of a tie, one (1) extra minute will be provided to determine the Grand Winner.

6. The Grand Basketball Shootout participant with the highest number of made points in one (1) minute will win two (2) NBA tickets (Orlando Magic vs. Chicago Bulls in Orlando, Florida on March 11, 2010) with pocket money of $ 1,000.

7.  Travel taxes and other related travel expenses shall be shouldered by adidas Philippines. 20% taxes for prizes exceeding 10,000 shall be shouldered by adidas Philippines.

8. The winner and companion must each have a valid passport and US Visa during the promo period (Feb 1-28, 2010)

9. Prizes are transferable but airline tickets are not convertible to cash.

10. The Grand Winner will receive two (2) NBA tickets, pocket money of $1,000, four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodation, and round trip tickets for two (2).

11. Employees of adidas Philippines and the participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from joining the TS Supernatural promo.
