Mechanics:

1.   

Customer may join the “Toby’s-Nike Score for Surprizes” promo by either paying Php 30 or by shopping Nike products:

a.    

Standard p30 basketball shootout fee = one (1) game; or

b.   

Purchase of Nike products from participating Toby’s stores

For every single receipt purchase of Nike products worth P500, customer is entitled to five (5) free Toby’s Shootout games. Maximum of ten (10) free games shall be given to a customer regardless of amount of purchase. To avail the free games, customer must present his receipt.

 

2.   

Participating Toby’s stores are branches in SM North The Block, SM Mall of Asia, SM Pampanga, Alabang Town Center, SM Molino & Limketkai Mall-CDO.

 

3.   

Players will be given 40 seconds to shoot as many balls as he can. Upon scoring a minimum of 18 points, player will be given a scratch card. Upon scratching off the coupon, a prize is revealed. Prizes include Nike prizes, freebies and discounts.

 

4.   

Winners of prizes and discounts/privileges may claim or avail their prize from the same Toby’s store where the winning scratch card was released. To claim/ avail, winners must present the winning card to the cashier.

 

5.   

Only duly authenticated coupons will be honored. Examples of invalid cards:

a.    

Shredded card label

b.   

Tampered, damaged or mutilated card label

c.    

Cards with incomplete or illegible prize details

d.   

at least ¾ of the card must be intact such that prize details are legible and complete

 

6.   

Prizes may be claimed until March 1, 2010. Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.
